Delivery Policy
At Veegokit, we bring vehicle care services directly to your doorstep — on time, every time. This
policy outlines how we manage and deliver services booked through our platform.
Service Delivery Time
- All services are delivered as per the time slot selected by the customer.
- Our service partners strive to arrive on time and complete the service within the estimated
duration.
- In the event of delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen factors, you will be notified in
advance through the app or by call/SMS.
Service Coverage Area
Veegokit services are currently available in select cities and regions. You can check availability in
your location using the location check feature in the app.
If a service is booked outside our coverage area, it may be rescheduled or cancelled with a full
refund.
Access Requirements
For successful service delivery:
- The customer must ensure vehicle availability and access at the scheduled time and location.
- For gated communities or restricted access areas, the customer must arrange necessary
permissions for the service partner to enter.
- In case the service partner is unable to access the location, the booking may be marked as
incomplete, and cancellation charges may apply.
Customer Responsibilities
To help us deliver high-quality service:
- Keep your phone available for communication on the day of service.
- Ensure the vehicle is parked in a place that is accessible and safe for our team.
- Provide accurate details during booking (vehicle type, service type, location, etc.).
Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a service provider arrives and is unable to complete the service due to customer unavailability or
incorrect information, the booking may be marked as missed, and applicable charges may apply.
