At Veegokit, we value your trust and strive to deliver a seamless and hassle-free service experience. We understand that plans can change, and we are committed to offering a fair and transparent refunds and cancellation policy. Service Cancellation You can cancel a service booking directly through the Veegokit app before the scheduled service time. Free Cancellation is available if you cancel at least 1 hour before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the service time may incur a small cancellation fee to compensate the service provider for their time and travel. If the service provider fails to arrive on time or if the service is delayed significantly due to unforeseen circumstances, you have the right to cancel the booking without any penalty. Refund Policy We ensure our customers are satisfied with the services booked through Veegokit. If you are not happy with a completed service or if the service was not delivered as expected, please contact our support team within 24 hours of service completion. Refunds will be processed under the following conditions: The service was not delivered or was incomplete. There was clear damage or negligence caused by the service provider. You were overcharged or charged incorrectly due to a system or billing error. All refund requests will be reviewed by our support team and processed within 5–7 business days, based on the mode of payment used.
